The main purpose of the supplied phone number is for verification use but in this type of circumstance it is acceptable.

Every graduate is entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee if they are not satisfied with the contents of the diploma package. In order to receive their refund after speaking with our counselors, the individual will need to complete a return request approval form and mail it back with the complete diploma package within the 30 day guarantee period.
Once our staff receives the return diploma package, they will contact the individual and prepare the full refund of the diploma package excluding a $15 return processing fee that will be deducted from the total amount. Shipping fees to mail the package to our school headquarters are also non-refundable.
If an individual paid with a credit card, our accounting department will quickly be able to put the refund in place and back on this original card. The process usually takes 3 business
days for the refund to be available on the card. If paid by check or money order, the student will receive the refund within 15 days from the date of the return transaction.
